Yes, we offer you all the traditional services of an accounting firm but we understand that there is so much more that can be done to help you reach your ideal profits and an improved lifestyle.

To best serve your needs, you can select from 4 levels of business services. Of course all aspects of these are tailored to your specific needs.

...Tax filings and compliance services.

This is what every business person has to have done, just to "comply" with the tax laws and banking agreements. It includes Income Taxes for Federal (and States, if needed), and the assortment of other matters Governments or Banks require of you. Review our Menu of Services below.

BRONZE MENU OF SERVICES - Simply review the following menu of services and choose the services you need:

To receive these services, the Customer agrees to use their own personnel to set up, post and maintain QuickBooks or other internal accounting software, unless item #3 below is selected.

1. Unlimited telephone or e-mail assistance to your current bookkeeper or Financial Officer in maintaining your Accounting System.

2. Unlimited telephone, mail or e-mail advice on financial & tax matters to business owners.

3. Maintain basic accounting system from client provided information.

4. Prepare annual business income tax returns for a corporation, s-corporation, partnership, trust or limited liability company, including state tax returns where applicable.

5. Maintain fixed asset schedule.

6. Prepare annual county property tax declaration.

7. Prepare monthly or quarterly Sales and/or Use Tax returns.

8. Prepare quarterly and annual Payroll Tax returns, W-2 forms and 1099 forms.

9. Assist with owner/officer W-2 fringe benefit calculations.

10. Prepare personal income tax returns for business owners and officers. Information may be dropped off or an appointment will be provided with a preparer.

11. Provide a year-end tax planning review during the last quarter of the financial year (if you choose to make an appointment.)

12. Prepare Trust and/or Family Limited Partnership income tax returns.

13. Provide annual Retirement Plan assistance in calculating contributions or coordinating information to plan administrator.

14. Electronic filing and/or direct deposit included at no additional charge.

15. Addressed, postage-paid envelopes provided with all income tax returns.

16. A FIXED INVESTMENT The value of the services you select is established with you in advance and you can select a payment plan that suits your budget. This way there are no surprises for you.

...Everything in the Bronze package plus:

1. Prepare compiled (unaudited) financial statements annually.

2. Or, prepare reviewed financial statements annually.

3. TAXATION AUDIT PROTECTION When you are a client of Goldberg, Maroney you will not incur any professional fees from us if a return we prepared is selected for taxation audit. You will, however, be liable for any tax, interest or penalties that arise from an audit. This guarantee is for current clients only, and does not cover any return not prepared by Goldberg, Maroney.

4. Analysis of Where Your Money Came From and Where It Went You will receive an analysis that shows just where money came from during the year and where it went to.

5. Trend Analysis You will receive an analysis of the most important trends in the progress of your business.

1. Prepare quarterly interim complied financial statements.

2. Unlimited access to your account manager at any time in person, by phone or e-mail for advice on ad hoc matters.

3. Cash Flow Projection and Profit Plan The plan assures that your business performs to the expectation that you commit to at your strategic meeting at the beginning of the year. We will review this together . And we adjust for variances to get a realistic view for the rest of the year. The plan is reviewed in a 3rd quarter meeting and comparisons to actual results are reported with the financial statements each quarter.

4. Your Business Compared to Your Peers Your business will be compared to key financial performance indicators of businesses within your industry, so that you are aware of your progression toward business excellence.

1. Prepare monthly complied financial statements.

2. Meet quarterly to review your Cash Flow Projection and Profit Plan.

3. Net Worth Change Are you in business to improve your net worth? If not, we suggest that you should be. Your personal financial statement will be prepared and presented so you can see for yourself your increasing net worth.

4. Your Key Performance Indicator Reviewed Monthly And what is KPI? This is a measurement of the performance of those activities within your business that you absolutely MUST get right. How do you know which activities you must get right? The governing economic purpose of your business will be identified and from this we will extract those activities that are most critical to its success. We will be working with you pro-actively each month to review the results. This is not "coaching." Coaching comes with our Business Development work. But, this will help add value.

5. Guaranteed Turnaround Time for your Work of less than 15 Working Days We guarantee that your work will be completed within 15 working days of you providing all the materials to us. This will enable you to make pro-active decisions, rather than reacting to historical data. If we fail to deliver on our promise we will pay you $200. This is our guarantee to you.

6. If you choose, we will come to your office to conduct your personal tax return interview.

7. Initial analysis of Business Development Assessment Questionnaire, review of "First Steps" video and a four page review of key business practices.

A Unique 10 Step Process for you

You will be considered for our business development processes if your potential for improvement is significant - typically in the order of approximately $100,000. 2. An initial consultation ensures there's a match

Here we'll present you with a summary of the improvement potential within your business. You see some of the processes used and how together we will approach improving your business and its return on your investment. When you decide to continue the process you receive your personal copy of your 'Business Development Program'.

3. A more detailed investigation maps a course of action

Included in your Business Development Program is a more detailed 'Business Development Questionnaire'. This gives you instant insights into the challenges you face and what needs to be done to positively deal with them. We can then identify the strategic opportunities that come from the way you do business - your business processes - and provide you with a documented analysis. This will help you see and develop a course of action made all that much clearer by your next step...

4. Your strategic vision decided
